What does an e-pill look & sound like?

on an Alpha pager:

epill:(name of medication)(dosage) + "beeps"

Example....epill: Zocor 20 mg, take w/ water

on a Numeric pager:

Code (example "111" or "222" etc) + "beep-beep /vibrate""

Example....333

If you take all your meds together, "111" might be your first reminder of the day, "222" the second, ad so on.

Or if you take different meds at different times of day, "111" might represent "Zocor 20 mg" for your 8:00 a.m. medication, "222" might represent "Lopressor 100mg" for your 2:00 p.m. medication and so on.

The numeric code you choose depends on the number of meds, times per day, and your ability to remember the codes. You only need to enter the code numbers you want to use, and times to send them, on the order form. You can also create longer codes if you like, but they must be all-numeric to appear on your numeric pager. Remember to keep a list handy which cross references your codes to your meds.
